ABOUT
CLEAN SYSTEMS Technology (S) Pte Ltd Singapore, established in 1999, is an entity of a global network of CS CLEAN SOLUTIONS AG Germany, a specialist in dry abatement technology for toxic gas exhaust abatement for semiconductor industry. Our sales territories currently cover Singapore and Malaysia and the install base covers many major wafer, solar fabs and microelectronics research labs in the region.
Our well equipped workshop, supported by ample stocks of materials and parts, is able to perform unfilling, cleaning, refilling and leak-testing of CSAG patented reusable scrubber columns within a couple of days,
Since 2010, we have also been manufacturing the NOVAPURE EGS300 scrubbers for CS CLEAN SOLUTIONS Inc USA in Singapore, to provide continuous support to certain customers.
SERVICES
REFILLING
We provide fast turn-around of refilling of spent scrubber columns within 1~3 days.
Our refill facilities are compliant with statutory safety standards to assure a safe working environment for our workers and surrounding.
We are ISO9001 and BizSAFE 4 certified, and our service staff have all gone through safety induction courses and familiar with safety rules.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Spent wastes are managed and transported by government licensed waste disposal companies to their waste treatment facilities for neutralization and final disposal in accordance with established statutory requirement of each country.
CONSULTANCY
We work with customers and their equipment suppliers as well as their facilities design consultants to assure that the most optimal toxic gas exhaust abatement solution is provided with maximum safety and consistency.
